Opening in July 2011 and the largest modern shopping complex in Central Sarawak with a total gross area of 460,000 sq ft. The hypermarket will cover an area of more than 50,000 sq ft on its' 1st floor and the departmental section with close to 120,000 sq ft on the 1st and 2nd floor will be manage and operated by Daesim Group under DAESCO and will also be the largest in Central Sarawak. The main level consisting of more than 100 units of shoplots are rented out to a mixture of tenants.
